Code Requirements

  • The new Alarm and Junction board provides you with a simple, fully functional solution to meet the new 2010 code.
  • The Rath Alarm System checks the complete phone line system, from the elevators to the machine room and from the machine room to the outside world.
  • Code states that each elevator phone needs to check, at least once in a 24hr period, that there is an active phone line.
  • If an active phone line is not detected, it needs to activate an audible and visual alarm at the main landing panel
  • Our SmartPhone VI and the new Alarm & Junction boards provide you with a full circle product offering that takes the guesswork out of code compliance
