Rath has been in the Emergency Communication business for over 30 years.
We are a privately owned company located in Sussex, WI; a suburb of Milwaukee.

We are the largest manufacturer of Emergency phones in North America. With over 350,000 phones in the field, you can rest assured the quality and performance of our Communication Systems lead the industry.


Our Philosophy:

In addition to exceptional product quality and customer support, we believe ongoing education is paramount to your professional development and our continuous improvement. Our product information is provided in multiple formats from written documents, video’s and graphics. You will find all relevant codes for buildings, elevators, Americans with Disability Act and each state’s pool phone requirements. We offer webinar’s to the architectural and engineering community and some courses certified for AIA credits. Our goal is to provide relevant information to assist you in making the right decisions.

Please call with questions (800-451-1460) before ordering. In stock items typically ship within 48 hours.

Payment: American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted
Open accounts (upon approved credit application): Net 30, date of invoice.

Shipping Method: Freight is F.O.B Sussex, WI. Our standard shipping in UPS Ground. Items exceeding UPS guidelines will be shipped via Common Carrier. Please request shipping information when placing an order.

Pricing: Rath Microtech makes every effort to maintain prices at the lowest level. Occasionally, prices may change without notice.

Returns: Return Authorization must be made 30 days upon receipt. Returns will not be accepted without a prior RA from our Customer Service Department (800-451-1460). A 15% restocking charge is applied to all returns.
