SmartView 2 Two-Way Elevator Visual Communication System
The SmartView 2 Machine Room Unit provides the conversion from twisted pair to ethernet and POTS line and power to the SmartView 2 Elevator unit.
This is essential to the system for connectivity of audio / video to the outside world and power. The requirement of the system is one SmartView Machine Room unit to one SmartView 2 Elevator unit, without both in a system the SmartView 2 will not function.

- Connections: Ethernet, USB, Telephone, Screw Terminals
Wiring Requirements:
- Plug 24vdc, 1.66A power supply into ‘POWER’ on device
- Plug Ethernet internet cable into ETH2 on device
- Plug telephone line RING and TIP into TEL IN
- Connect elevator phone and machine room device via PLC on both devices
- Note: All connections require attention to ensure correct polarity of positive (+) and negative (-). This also applies to RING and TIP on TEL IN
